Using Drivio
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
What Drivio is
Drivio is a technology platform that connects riders and customers with independent drivers. Drivers decide when and whether to accept trips.
Prices and payments
The price is shown before you confirm a request. It can vary with distance, time, and demand, and promotions have their own terms. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment and refund details are shown in the app.
Rules for everyone
- Treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and violence are not allowed.
- Don’t request or carry anything illegal, dangerous, or that the law doesn’t allow us to carry.
- Deliveries of regulated items are only offered where we have turned them on.
Rules for drivers
Drivers must hold a valid license, registration, and insurance, follow the law, and be approved by Drivio before going online. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put people at risk.
Safety
In an emergency, call your local emergency number first.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Drivio isn’t responsible for the actions of drivers or riders, or for losses that come from using the service. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn’t let us limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions? Contact us.
